Ordering
Browse our shop, select a pallet, and click "Order Now". Fill out your information and submit. You'll receive a manifest within 24 hours to complete payment.
Manifests are sent within 24 hours of placing your order. For truckload orders, we can provide manifests before payment upon request.
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement before payment is processed. Once payment is completed, orders cannot be canceled as they are prepared for shipping.

USA orders arrive in 1-3 business days after shipping. International orders take 5-10 business days. Local pickup is available immediately.
Yes! Local pickup is available at 65 Spencer Hwy South, Houston, TX 77587. Call ahead to schedule and we'll have your order ready. Forklift assistance provided.
We use UPS, FedEx, and LTL freight carriers for pallet shipments. For truckloads, full semi-truck trailers are used.

Returns & Policies
All liquidation sales are final. However, if there is a significant discrepancy from the manifest, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll work to resolve the issue.
Our manifests note condition issues. If you receive items that are damaged beyond what was noted, contact us within 48 hours for resolution.
No, we sell entire pallets as-is. Individual items cannot be returned. This is standard in the liquidation industry.
