Due to the nature of liquidation merchandise, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges based on:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Items not meeting profit expectations
  • Items that do not sell as quickly as expected
  • Cosmetic condition issues noted in the manifest
  • Missing accessories noted in the manifest

We encourage all buyers to carefully review the manifest before completing payment. The manifest provides detailed information about each item's condition, included accessories, and any known issues.

πŸ“‹ 2. Manifest Guarantee

We stand behind the accuracy of our manifests. If there is a significant discrepancy between the manifest and the actual contents of your pallet, we will work to resolve the issue.

What qualifies as a significant discrepancy?

  • Missing entire categories of items (e.g., manifest shows 10 laptops, but none are present)
  • Quantity differences of 20% or more for major item categories
  • Items claimed to be new but show significant damage not noted

What does NOT qualify as a discrepancy?

  • Minor variations in item counts (1-2 items off)
  • Cosmetic condition differences within the stated grade
  • Missing accessories that were noted as "may be missing"
  • Items that are damaged but were noted as such in the manifest

πŸ“‹ 3. 48-Hour Inspection Window

You have 48 hours from delivery to inspect your pallet and report any manifest discrepancies. After 48 hours, the pallet is considered accepted as-is.

πŸ“ž To report a discrepancy: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@liquidationpalletsshop.com or call +1 (346) 639-0501. Provide your order number, photos or video evidence, and a detailed description of the discrepancy.

Required documentation for discrepancy claims:

  • Order number and pallet SKU
  • Clear photos or video of the discrepancy
  • Detailed description of what is missing or different from the manifest
  • Photos of the pallet and packaging upon arrival

Claims submitted without proper documentation may be delayed or denied.

πŸ“‹ 4. Resolution Process

If a valid manifest discrepancy is confirmed, we will offer one of the following resolutions at our discretion:

  • Partial refund – Based on the wholesale value of missing or misrepresented items
  • Credit toward future purchase – For the value of the discrepancy
  • Replacement items – If available in current inventory

We do not offer full refunds or accept returns of entire pallets. All resolutions are final.

πŸ“‹ 5. Shipping Damage Claims

If your pallet arrives with visible shipping damage:

  1. Note damage on the delivery receipt before signing
  2. Take photos of the damaged packaging and contents
  3. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  4. Keep all original packaging for inspection

Shipping damage claims are handled through our carrier partners. We will assist you in filing a claim, but we are not responsible for damage caused by shipping carriers.

πŸ“‹ 6. Order Cancellations

Before payment: Orders may be canceled at any time before payment is completed. No fees apply.

After payment: Once payment has been processed, orders cannot be canceled as they are immediately prepared for shipping. If you need to cancel after payment, please contact us immediately – cancellation may be possible if the order hasn't been processed for shipping yet.

Truckload orders: Truckload orders require a 50% deposit. Deposits are non-refundable once the truckload has been assembled.

We take chargebacks and payment disputes seriously. Before filing a chargeback with your bank or credit card company, please contact us directly to resolve any issues.

⚠️ Important: Filing an unwarranted chargeback may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of your account
  • Being banned from future purchases
  • Legal action to recover funds and associated fees

We will vigorously defend legitimate charges. Our manifests, delivery confirmations, and communication records serve as proof of transaction.
